We're Marina and Ana — two professionals with backgrounds in conference operations, hospitality, and client management. Between us we've spent over a decade managing conferences and congresses across Europe, from medical summits to corporate leadership events.

Our combined expertise spans programme coordination and multi-stakeholder logistics, group accommodation contracting, and delegate travel for events with 500+ attendees across multiple European destinations. How does working with you remotely work?

We're based in Belgrade and work with clients and agencies across Europe. We use structured project management, shared documentation, and regular video calls to keep everything transparent. You always know what's happening and what's next.

What types of events do you manage?

Conferences, congresses, seminars, workshops, hybrid events, corporate offsites, galas, and more — across medical, tech, corporate, academic, and any other sector. We don't say no to complexity.

Do you work with agencies as well as direct clients?

Yes. We work as a white-label subcontractor for event agencies and PCOs who need production capacity. We're experienced operating within agency structures with full confidentiality.

What's your typical planning timeline?

For a complex international conference, we recommend engaging us at least 6 months in advance. For smaller events, 6–8 weeks is often workable. We'll tell you honestly if the timeline is tight.

Do you handle hybrid events?

Yes. We manage on-site logistics alongside the digital delegate experience — platform coordination, streaming setup, and making sure both audiences get an equally seamless event.
